I grew up in south Louisiana reading 90s fantasy. Robin McKinley and Patricia C. Wrede were some of my favorites in elementary school, and I later gravitated toward Philip Pullman (I even have a daughter named Lyra!)
I started writing later in life, but I’ve been unable to stop since. My stories often begin with an outrageous premise. I love tropes, but I also love subverting them.
A common thread in my writing is motherhood, warts and all.
Currently, when I’m not working on short stories or surfing, I’m writing a Sci Fi Romance which reimagines Fae as immortal tech billionaires.
